It is a year since I last wrote anything and so I am once again having to say I have been too busy BUT it has been an interesting year. Tallinn PeVoC was incredible and now we are thinking about 2024 in Santander. I also went to the AFPC conference in France in October and continuing with EVTA board meetings, University work and Church commitments have all impinged on my time. We have really worked on building up connections across the world, and I have met two wonderful teachers from India plus working with Wheaton College USA students in London for 3 weeks. Our NATS/EVTA/AOTOS conference in June was a great success and our recent Council meeting in Erlangen in Germany was so positive. It is a huge privilege to serve the Singing Pedagogy community.
I remember my wonderful teacher Mollie Petrie, I think she would be proud to see what we have achieved BUT I must get round to writing up all her ‘Mollie-isms’ as they have been invaluable in my teaching and I know in others too.
